The Results of Test. Which one is yours?

From the last blog you could test your constitution of body, and than you can read the results with my translation as below.But I'm afraid you must distinguish the chinese characters first : P


Which one is yours?


A平和质 Constitution of yin-yang harmony

It is the best Type, Yin-Yang are balanced, that means very healthy.
You don’t need special attention to eating habits.

                 

B气虚质Constitution of Qi asthenia 

Qi as Chinese Medicine Philosophy is very important to Human Beings. If you are lack of Qi, you may usually be tired and get a cold, muscle are soft, would not like to speak or, speak weakly and quiet, prone to sweat, tongue is light red and with scalloped edges, pulse is weak, be introversion and don't like to adventure.

For eating, you need more food that could provide Qi, like Millet, Potato, Mushrooms, Beef and so many I will introduce later.



C 阳虚质 Constitution of Yang asthenia

Yang is male half-part of Yin-Yang. If you are lack of Yang, you may feel colder than others, like your hands and feet are always cold. You’d like to eat warm, like to stay in summer not in winter. Tongues color is light and fat. You are sometimes upset and tired, introverted and having fear.

You need more sunshine, take shelter from the wind even in summer. Take care for keeping warm on feet, back and abdomen. Sport grows Yang. But slower sport is better, like Yoga, walking, jogging…

Warm Foods - as Temperature and also nature of Chinese medicine - help. Like Lamp, venison, chicken, ginger and so many I will introduce later…

                    


D 阴虚质Constitution of Yin asthenia

Yin is female half-part of Yin-Yang. If you are lack of Yin, you may feel dry in throat, nose, hands and feet hot. The bowels are also dry. Your tongue is red and dryer than others’. You’d prefer cold drink. Most of the type are thin and extroverted. Sleeping is not good, could stand winter better than summer.

You’d better sleep earlier and do no strenuous exercises, listen to light music, travel to sea and mountain in summer, where is not too hot. Control your temper.

These Foods are good: Pear, lily, papaya, spinach, fig and so many I will introduce later…But eat less ginger, pepper, chili, scallion, garlic and so many I will introduce later...
                       

E痰湿质Constitution of Phlegm-dampness

If you have a fat abdomen, coated tongue, oily face and like to eat sweets, you may belong to the type. Sports help you removing wetness out of body and strengthen muscle; Music help you to be relax. Take shelter from raining and fog. Eat less and not so sweet, drink less alcoholic.

I recommend: Radish, red beans, scallion, ginger and so many I will introduce later… 

                   

F湿热质 Constitution of Damp-heat

You may have signs like an oily face, dry and bitter taste in mouth, a yellow coated tongue, prone to have acnes, thick or dry bowels, and leukorrhagia as a woman.

Do some strenuous sport and keep in relaxing mood. Sleep earlier.

You should eat LESS seafood, spicy foods, fat and drink less alcoholic, but eat MORE tomatoes, strawberry, green beans, celery and salad.
               
                       

G血瘀质Constitution of blood stasis

Blood flows like a river, bring Qi and energy to every organ. If the blood slow down, the body couldn’t operate well. Your skin, face, tongue and lip may not be bright, but dark, petechial. You may have bad memory and prone to be fidgety.

Keep regular work and rest, keep you WARM (No matter clothing or living). You can dance or exercise for good of the heart.

Tee with roses and a little red wine are very helpful. 

                   


H气郁质 Constitution of Qi stagnation

Many of this type are sentimental, emotional, changeable. Taking a walk is better than staying in house. Make more friends and watch comedies.

Drink less Alcohol. Eat some oranges, garlic, buckwheat and so many I will introduce later…

                

I 特禀质Allergic constitution

The type is easy to have allergy.

Do more exercise and eat no spicy food, and keep away for all the allergen.
               



ATTENTION: Which food I have said good for one Type doesn’t mean that only eating them could bring health. Chinese Medicine or Eating Philosophy is a dynamic Balance. The relation between every Element (Food) is mutually contact, act, confine and stimulate.The thought is be shown in the picture "5-Elements".

                  

Every Food has its nature of the 5 Elements. People shouldn’t eat something only what they lack, should also think the relation to the other 4 elements. For example, Beef is good for Qi providing, but if you eat too much, it helps fire bigger in your body. Then the face may have acnes, eyes become red…

Many people have probably several of above constitutions, so how to avoid the disadvantages and get what our body need. The coordination of foods is very important. With Chinese Medicine Eating Methods to cook, the foods are still the same in your kitchen but the eating changes. Just a little skill, just basic nature food, you may find more balance and harmony.
